Order Processing

How long does my order take to ship?

As many of our products are made-to-order, please allow 3-4 weeks to receive your order. We make all diligent efforts to get your items to you in a timely manner. Please note that once your order ships, no changes can be made to the shipping address.

Orders may be cancelled only within 24 hours of original purchase.

Shipping

Processing time for standard orders may vary and take up to 3 business days, then orders can be shipped. Items in stock will ship within 2 to 3 business days from our Calgary location, and items that are made-to-order will ship from our supplier within the date range indicated on their product page. Once shipped, you will receive your shipping confirmation and tracking number via email. Delivery times vary by distance. These shipping windows may be extended due to holidays.

Customs and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Order Tracking

Your tracking number can be found in your shipping confirmation email. Please double-check your spam folder for shipping and delivery confirmation emails.

Custom Orders

All custom orders are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.

Return Policy

In the event you are not completely elated with your items, please notify us as soon as possible at info at syke.studio

Please note, we do not offer refunds. Custom orders are final sale and not eligible for refund or return. Any unworn, undamaged items will be happily accepted for exchange if shipped for return within 7 business days of delivery.

In order to be eligible for an exchange, merchandise must not be worn, altered or damaged and must have all original packaging.

For your convenience, we will email you a free return label. 

Processing time for returns may vary and take up to 7 business days from receipt of the return.

How to Exchange Merchandise

For your convenience, we will email you a free return label. Please affix the label to your package, take the package to the nearest drop-off location and retain a copy of the tracking number for your records. Should you choose to use another trackable shipping method at your own expense, we recommend that you retain a copy of the tracking number for your records. Please note we cannot be held accountable for packages that are lost in transit. Once received, exchanges may take up to 10 business days to be processed.

An exchange address will be sent by email from our team after receiving your exchange request. When your exchange has been received and processed, we will send you a discount code that you can use to place a new order. You will need to enter the code during checkout in order to apply the store credit.
